Refund Policy

We are extremely confident that you will love our products, but in case something goes wrong, you can easily return or exchange them within 14 days.

To arrange a return or exchange, please email our support team at contactareusstore@gmail.com and include your order number and the reason you want to return the product so we can process your request.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused and in the original packaging. You also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.

 In order to exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, you must not use the goods you ordered in any other way than is necessary to ensure the nature, characteristics and performance of the goods in the same way that you would be allowed to test the goods in the actual store. If the goods have been used for a purpose other than what is necessary to ensure the nature, properties and functioning of the goods, or if there are signs of use or wear, the online store has the right to reduce the amount to be returned, according to the decrease in the value of the goods.

In order to return the goods, a statement of withdrawal from the purchase of the goods must be submitted to the e-mail address within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal statement or provide evidence that he handed over the goods to the courier company within the aforementioned period.

Upon receiving the returned goods, the online store will return to the buyer immediately, but not later than 14 days, all payments received from the buyer based on the contract. The online store has the right to refuse a refund until the goods to be returned have been received or until the buyer has provided proof of the return of the products, whichever occurs first.

If the buyer has clearly chosen a different shipping method than the most affordable standard shipping method offered by the e-store, the store is not obligated to compensate the cost exceeding the standard shipping cost.

The online store has the right to withdraw from the sale and demand the return of the goods from the buyer, if the price of the goods indicated in the e-shop is significantly lower than the market price of the goods due to a mistake.

Defective product

If your product is defective, immediately let our staff know. Please ensure you take a video of the unboxing when receiving and opening the package so that you can provide undeniable proof that you received a defective product. Once we can confirm that you have received a defective item we'll send you a replacement immediately. (Email: contactareusstore@gmail.com )

Otherwise, please return the defective product to us as we need it for claim purposes. Please send us the photo to prove this is your purchased item, and we will send you the return address. We do not accept any return without getting the return address and photo verification.

We are unable to accept incorrectly purchased products, customer's negligence, and products damaged due to customer error.

Lastly, we do not accept returns and refunds/resend for nondamaged items or items that have been delivered incorrectly (address error by the customer).

Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund policy. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, please state the specific and clear reasons. Please send us the product photo for verification and send the product back to the provided address from us. We'll refund your

money.

NOTE:

For items on sale, Cozy Carry does not provide refunds. These items can only be exchanged for another item from the collection or redeemed for store credit.

Order Changing

We usually process orders on the same day they are placed. If a change needs to be made to your order, please contact us at contactareusstore@gmail.com within 1 hour after your purchase and, we will do our best to accommodate that change, BUT we cannot make any promises.

If the items(s) has/have already been shipped from our fulfillment center, we cannot make any changes to the order can return the incorrect item to our customer service, and we will swap it for the correct item.

Cancellations

If you cancel your purchase within 30min to 1 hour depending on the shipping option chosen, we can unconditionally refund your money.

Shipping Costs

It is your responsibility to pay any shipping costs when returning a product unless the reason for the return is that the product to be returned does not correspond to the order (e.g. a wrong or defective product). These costs are nonrefundable. Should you receive a refund on your purchase, the cost of shipping will be deducted from it.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you will largely vary on your location.

Should the item you return be over $75, we strongly encourage you to use a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).

 

Sale Items

Sadly, we do not offer refunds on sale items. Only regularly priced items are refundable.
